1.5. “Data Controller” means the natural or legal person who has the authority to make decisions regarding the collection, use, or disclosure of personal data.
1.6. “Data Processor” means the natural or legal person who carries out the collection, use, or disclosure of personal data under the instructions or on behalf of the Company. In this regard, such natural or legal person is not a Data Controller.

3.2. 7.4. Right to erasure or destruction of personal data. You have the right to request the Company to erase, destroy, or anonymize your personal data in cases where there is no legitimate reason for the Company to continue processing your personal data. You can exercise this right to request the Company to erase personal data in conjunction with the right to object in the following clause. However, the exercise of this right must not be for the purpose of requesting the erasure of all personal data, and the Company will carefully consider each request in accordance with the provisions of the law relating to the processing of your personal data.
7.5. Right to object. You have the right to object to the collection, use, or disclosure of your personal data that the Company processes under the basis of the Company's legitimate interests.
